1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of this website, which is operated by Expert Techies (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. If you act for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf. The correct legal name and business address should be added before publication.

2. Website use

You may use the website for lawful purposes and must not disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misuse contact forms, infringe others’ rights, or misrepresent your identity or authority. Website content is provided for general information and does not itself create a client, employment, recruitment, or training relationship.

3. Our services

Expert Techies may provide business or technology consulting, recruitment support, IT services and solutions, and training. The scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, assumptions, acceptance criteria, and any service-specific terms should be set out in a separate proposal, statement of work, or agreement accepted by the relevant parties. If there is a conflict, that signed or accepted service agreement controls for the relevant engagement.

Any recommendations or outcomes depend on the information, access, decisions, and cooperation provided by the client. Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not guarantee a particular business result, system outcome, candidate placement, or career outcome.

4. Recruitment services

Recruitment services may involve introducing candidates to clients or sharing candidate information for a relevant opportunity, subject to applicable privacy requirements and any separate agreement. Clients remain responsible for their hiring decisions, background checks, employment offers, and compliance with employment laws. Candidates are responsible for ensuring that information they provide is accurate and up to date. We do not guarantee that a candidate will be hired or remain in a role.

5. Training services

Course descriptions and materials are provided for general information and learning. Program dates, fees, prerequisites, cancellation or rescheduling rules, attendance requirements, assessments, and certificates should be confirmed in the applicable course booking terms. Unless expressly stated, training does not guarantee employment, certification, or a particular result.

6. Fees and payment

Fees, taxes, invoicing milestones, payment deadlines, expenses, refund rules, and late-payment consequences will be specified in the relevant proposal, order, or service agreement. No fee is payable solely because you browsed this website. Before accepting an engagement, review its written commercial terms.

7. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, branding, graphics, and design, are owned by or licensed to Expert Techies and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal or internal business reference. You may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from website content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law. Ownership and permitted use of client deliverables, software, training materials, and third-party materials should be defined in the applicable service agreement.

8. Confidentiality and privacy

Do not send confidential or sensitive material through the website unless we have agreed on a suitable method. Any confidentiality duties for a specific engagement should be set out in a separate written agreement. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Third-party services and links

The website may link to third-party sites or tools. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or terms. Your use of third-party services is governed by the relevant provider’s terms and policies. A link does not imply endorsement.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not make warranties that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Expert Techies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from website use. Any liability limits for paid services must be addressed in the applicable service agreement. These Terms do not limit liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect its security, comply with law, or address misuse. We may update or discontinue website content or features. Ending website access does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination or any separate service agreement.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and disputes relating to them are subject to the laws of [insert the applicable country, state, or territory], without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts located in [insert the agreed venue] will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory legal rights. Replace these placeholders after legal review; do not publish this clause unresolved.

13. Changes and contact

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page and changing the “Last updated” date. Continued website use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law. If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These Terms do not create a partnership, agency, or employment relationship.
